What do we do?
We equip working women with strategic resources to have a positive transition into the global labor market, while positioning themselves as agents of transformative change.
In fact, we offer one on one (and group) advisory to professional women on how to find a job on their country of preference and take their career to the international level.
We are also on a quest to bring diversity and intercultural mindfulness in the workplace. Therefore, through trainings and advisory on (intercultural) diversity sensitivity,
we support organisations to bridge the cultural divide and unlock the potential of their human talent.
Who are we?
Honuguava, the brand, is the blend of our personalities - Our places of origins are Hawaii & Colombia, We see ourselves as three resourceful women whose professional experiences range from France, Colombia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Serbia, Greece to the USA. After cracking the rigorous regulations to work internationally first hand, we aim to equip individuals with the right tools to break through the stages of legal requirements, conditions, planning, contracts, and language pre-requisites for finding an ideal, international job at a dream location. We aim to relieve the stress and tension that can accompany this demanding pursuit.
What has our journey taught us?
The one key lesson which we have all taken from our journey and from our professional development is that it is crucial to be resourceful, mindful, and proactive on your quest to live and work internationally, while creating a sustainable work!
We hope to exponentially impact the future of work and to become a source of support for those looking to jump the gap that divides cultures in a way which is spiritually and environmentally sustainable.
